Maud is specialized in executive searches, talent assessment and leadership consulting.
Her areas of expertise include industrial, consumer goods, luxury etc., small and medium-sized companies and family-owned groups. She is used to searching for C-Level executives in general management, manufacturing and supply, sales and marketing, etc.
Prior to co-founding PITKER, Maud worked for nearly fifteen years at Colgate-Palmolive where she held marketing management positions in France and abroad.
Maud, an EDHEC Lille (class of 2004) graduate, is also certified in the Wave-Saville assessment tool.
JEAN-MARIE VERDIER
JEAN-MARIE VERDIER
Jean-Marie is an experienced executive search professional, with extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences industry among others. He is used to handling top level, demanding search assignments.
Prior to launching PITKER in 2020, Jean-Marie spent sixteen years with Amrop, one of the worlds leading executive search companies.
From 2010 to 2020, Jean-Marie was Managing Director of Amrop's French office. During the same period, he was co-head of Amrop's Life Sciences European practice.
Jean-Marie's academic background includes the Institut d'Etudes Politique de Rennes and a Franco-American postgraduate degree in international affairs.
